As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving strategic and operational success through comprehensive project planning, execution, and continuous improvement efforts tailored to meet business objectives. The Project Manager plays a key role within the RACE organization by ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of automation and technology projects. The role acts as the interface between customer operations, field teams, and global R&D, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and aligned with customer expectations. This position is responsible for translating project objectives into structured plans, overseeing deployment and installation, managing financial and contractual performance, and ensuring a seamless transition into Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate a strong customer focus coupled with excellent project planning and execution capabilities. Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills are essential to navigate complex project landscapes effectively. Success also requires outstanding communication abilities, teamwork, as well as a proactive approach to ownership and accountability.
