Job summary

Epiroc Australia is seeking a Product Support Advisor to provide underground support and ensure service excellence. This on-site role in Perth offers an 8/6 day shift roster with FIFO from Perth, focusing on safety, quality, and customer outcomes.

The candidate will mentor customers on Epiroc products, handle diagnostic evaluations, and drive continuous improvement while building strong client relationships across WA.

Qualifications

• Requires Australian or recognised trade qualification.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematics.
• Extensive experience maintaining surface heavy mining equipment; hydraulic and low voltage repairs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with Epiroc SHEQ requirements, policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with diagnostic evaluations and advise on removal, repair and installation procedures.
• Monitor repair and maintenance events, analyze trends and suggest strategies to maximise machine availability.
• Process warranty claims efficiently per company guidelines.
• Provide high-level technical mentoring, support and training to customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and deliver customised customer support.
• Build long-term, sustainable customer relationships and deliver on commitments.

As a Product Support Advisor, you\'ll dive into a world of responsibilities:

• Understanding and complying with Epiroc and client SHEQ requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Assisting customers with diagnostic evaluations and providing expert advice on removal, repair, and installation procedures.
• Monitoring repair and maintenance events, analyzing trends, and recommending strategies to maximize machine availability and utilization.
• Processing warranty claims efficiently, adhering to company guidelines.
• Providing high-level technical mentoring, support, and training to customers, becoming the go-to expert on Epiroc products.
• Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and providing customized customer support.
• Building long-term, sustainable relationships with customers and delivering on commitments.
• A relevant Australian (or recognized) Trade Qualification.
• Customer-facing field expertise in Epiroc surface ground products.
• Sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
• Extensive experience in maintaining surface heavy mobile mining equipment, including hydraulic and low voltage electrical repairs.
