Job summary

Circular Economy Systems is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of software initiatives, translating product priorities into clear delivery plans and coordinating across product, design, engineering, data and operations.

You will shape how products are delivered in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment; drive governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely outcomes and value realization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience delivering software products, technology projects or customer-facing platforms in a delivery role.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional delivery involving product, design, engineering and business stakeholders.
• Strong planning and coordination capability with hands-on scope, schedule, dependencies, risks and communications.
• Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches and adapting governance to the initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software initiatives, enhancements and releases from planning through implementation and transition to ongoing support.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to clarify objectives, scope, milestones and delivery priorities.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans across product, design, engineering, data, operations and external partners.
• Coordinate dependencies, actions and deliveries across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Support release planning, testing, deployment, go-live readiness and post-launch reviews.
