Sigma Healthcare Limited seeks a Social Media & Content Specialist to craft engaging, platform-native content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more. Script, film and edit content while supporting planning, scheduling and community management to grow our social channels.

You will monitor performance, adapt content strategies and collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns aligned with brand and supplier initiatives, while supporting flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Two years’ professional experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
• Experience scripting, filming, editing and producing platform-specific content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and audience engagement.

Responsabilités

• Develop creative concepts and scripts for social media content aligned with brand objectives.
• Film and create engaging organic, user-generated and lifestyle content featuring campaigns.
• Attend branded events to capture timely content for social media channels.
• Plan, edit and schedule organic content in line with the social media calendar.
• Monitor comments and audience interactions, escalating inquiries per brand guidelines.
• Review content performance data to identify opportunities to improve engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging social content and support marketing.
