Job summary

Sigma Healthcare is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the development and delivery of influencer campaigns, coordinating creative content, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to maximise engagement.

You will work closely with the Influencer, Social Media and PR teams to build strong relationships with influencers, brands and external partners while ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience or demonstrated capability in influencer marketing, social media or public relations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Influencer, Social Media and PR teams to deliver campaigns and support wider objectives.
• Strong relationship management skills with key stakeholders, vendors and external partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across the business.
• A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and coordinate social media influencer campaigns from planning through to execution.
• Coordinate influencer creative and content delivery from briefing through to final approval.
• Monitor campaign performance using internal reporting systems and track results against objectives.
• Identify and recommend high-performing influencer content for paid advertising opportunities.
• Analyse campaign results and prepare performance reports to measure effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
• Research industry benchmarks, emerging trends and audience preferences to inform strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, brands, and influencers.
• Ensure influencer campaigns comply with legal requirements, social media best practices and advertising guidelines.
• Stay up to date with emerging platforms, tools and applications.
• Provide support across PR and influencer activities, including events and outreach lists.
