Job summary

YUN Migration & Education is seeking a Content & Growth Specialist to turn our library of professional videos, case studies and educational content into engaging posts that build our digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

You will craft hooks, captions and calls to action, adapt content for different audiences and publish a practical content plan. This is a 3‑month contract with potential for ongoing collaboration based on performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in social media, content marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience managing content across major social media platforms.
• Understanding hooks, audience attention, calls to action and conversion.
• Ability to turn complex or professional information into clear and engaging content.
• Commercial mindset and an understanding of how content contributes to enquiries and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Review existing professional content and identify opportunities for social media
• Adapt and package content for different platforms and audiences
• Create compelling hooks, captions, titles and calls to action
• Manage and grow content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
• Develop and maintain a practical content and publishing plan
• Identify new content opportunities based on trends and performance
• Monitor results and test different topics and formats
• Help convert engagement into genuine enquiries and client opportunities
• Track lead sources and identify which content and channels generate results
• Collaborate with the content team to access videos and supporting materials
