Influential, Publicis Groupe ANZ’s social-first agency, is recruiting a Social Media Coordinator to support campaigns for a mix of clients. This entry-level role suits someone with hands-on exposure to social or influencer marketing who wants to grow in the social space.

You will help deliver campaigns, manage content calendars, build online communities and assist with reporting, while staying across trends with guidance from an experienced team.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months’ experience supporting social media or influencer campaigns.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Genuine interest in social media, creators and pop culture.
• Understanding of the Australian social and influencer landscape.
• Strong organisational skills and collaborative approach.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of social media and influencer campaigns across multiple platforms and clients.
• Help build and nurture online communities, driving engagement and conversation.
• Monitor social conversations and user-generated comments, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain social content calendars and support copywriting for social posts.
• Assist with campaign reporting, analytics and performance tracking.
• Stay across the latest social trends, creators, influencers and culture, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team.
