Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ’s Influential agency is hiring a Social Creative in Sydney. You’ll craft social‑first ideas and campaigns, shoot and edit content, and shape ideas that people actually want to watch and share.

You’ll work with senior creatives, strategists, designers and producers, exploring trends, AI tools, and platform opportunities to push ideas further and elevate influencer work.

Qualifications

• A degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Communications, Marketing or similar is handy, but not essential. Your portfolio, creative thinking and cultural curiosity matter most.

Responsibilities

• Come up with big ideas, small ideas and weird ideas, as long as they're good ones
• Turn cultural insights, trends and internet behaviour into creative opportunities for brands
• Get hands‑on with content creation: shooting, directing, editing and making
• Edit short‑form video with a sharp instinct for hooks, pacing, sound and storytelling
• Spot new formats and platform opportunities, and know when something's worth jumping on (and when to leave it alone)
• Collaborate with senior creatives, strategists, designers and producers to make the work better
• Help lead social‑first ideas in pitches
• Use AI and emerging tools to experiment, prototype and push ideas further
• Help us take Influential's output from "content" to cultural contribution
