Publicis Groupe Influential in Australia is seeking a Social Media Executive who is passionate about influencers, social media, and cultural trends. You will support influencer campaigns, manage client social channels, and contribute to social reporting.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will help grow communities, develop multi-channel campaigns, monitor conversations, and provide actionable social insights to clients.

Formación

• 12+ months experience managing a client's social media presence or running influencer campaigns.
• Proven expertise with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Strong passion for keeping up with culture and trends.
• Experience in an agency setting is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Create and nurture client social communities to drive engagement and growth.
• Develop and implement influencer and social media campaigns across channels.
• Monitor conversations and user-generated comments; escalate issues to stakeholders.
• Maintain content calendars and copy across social content.
• Utilise social analytics and campaign reporting to provide insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrate track record in developing and maintaining influencer and social initiatives; understand audience demographics.

Overview

The Role:

The Social Media Executive role is a key position within Influential, offering an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about influencers, social media and is dedicated to staying abreast of the latest social / cultural trends.

Reporting into our Social Media Manager, this dynamic role involves playing a key support role in running influencer campaigns, social media channels, community management, social reporting, and providing valuable social insights.

General Responsibilities:

• Create and nurture our client's social communities, driving engagement and growth.
• Develop and implement influencer and social media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor and manage conversations and user-generated comments, promptly escalating relevant matters to internal and client stakeholders.
• Maintain content calendars and resp for copywriting across social content.
• Utilise social analytics tools and campaign reporting to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in developing, analyzing, and maintaining successful influencer and social media initiatives, with a keen understanding of attracting and retaining specific demographics.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 12 months of experience in managing a client's social media presence / running influencer campaigns.
• Proven expertise in working with various social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, among others.
• Strong passion for keeping up with culture.
• Familiar with the Australian influencer landscape.
• Prior experience in an agency setting is highly desirable.
