Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a highly experienced Social Media Director to lead the Influential team in Sydney. You will manage Social Managers/Execs, deliver integrated social and influencer campaigns, and drive new business opportunities while overseeing budgets and client relationships.

You will collaborate with agency, client, and direct stakeholders to craft content strategies, guide decision-making, and explore growth across our content and production services.

Qualifications

• Senior level social and influencer marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop content strategies and present solutions to briefs.
• Strong people management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement social and influencer strategies across campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Lead and develop Social Managers and Execs; drive innovation in content solutions.
• Drive new business opportunities and engage both agency and clients.
• Maintain project profitability and revenue tracking; manage budgets and scopes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate content with media and creative.
