Job summary

The Arnott's Group is seeking a Social & Content Manager to lead the Shapes social strategy and content ecosystem, driving cultural relevance and engagement across Australia. Reporting to the Global Brand Lead - Shapes, you will own campaigns, creator partnerships and real-time conversations, translating insights into measurable results.

You'll work closely with Brand, Growth Partnerships & PR, Product Development and Commercial teams to strengthen Shapes' position as Australia's favourite

Qualifications

• 7+ years in social media, content, digital marketing or brand marketing.
• Proven experience building and executing social strategies for consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, creators, communities and digital culture.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Shapes social and content strategy.
• Lead creator and influencer partnerships from briefing to execution.
• Develop always-on content plans across campaigns, creators, community management, partnerships, PR moments and events.
• Measure performance and translate insights into recommendations.
