Hype DC in Melbourne is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to drive organic social content and campaigns. You will plan weekly content, produce visuals, and coordinate influencer activity to showcase new sneaker releases.

The role focuses on TikTok and Instagram strategy, content creation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure launches align with campaigns and store communications.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing, social media, content creation or retail.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends in sneakers/fashion.
• Ability to create lo-fi, platform-native content for TikTok.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and publish weekly organic social content across Instagram and TikTok.
• Create content aligned with sneaker culture, trends, and new releases.
• Coordinate with Buying/Planning to align launches and campaigns.
• Monitor engagement and follower growth to spot opportunities.
• Assist with campaign shoots, influencer partnerships and product seeding.
• Coordinate in-house studio off-foot shoots with The Agency.
• Update campaign content and promos across retail digital screens.
• Manage marketing administration (invoices, PO, samples, supplier coordination).
