Job summary

Bared Footwear in Melbourne is seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator for Men’s Footwear who loves menswear and lives on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll take ideas from concept to shoot, edit and publish, shaping our voice across platforms.

You’ll plan and create platform-native content, shoot and edit, and support the Men’s Marketing Manager and Head of Brand to evolve our social strategy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on creative who loves making content from idea to publish.
• Social-media obsessed with a strong instinct for trends and performance.
• Genuine interest in men’s fashion and culture with knowledge of brands.
• Comfortable shooting and editing content, especially short-form video.
• Strong writer able to apply a distinct brand tone of voice.
• Curious about AI to make workflows smarter and faster.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Create and edit engaging, platform-native content with CapCut.
• Support shoots and briefs with the Creative team on content requirements.
• Stay updated on platform changes and trends to inform ideas.
• Identify strong-performing content for boosting and paid amplification.
• Write on-brand copy across social, eDMs and brand content.
• Coordinate weekly eDMs with the Marketing team.
• Support creator partnerships and influencer activity for campaigns.
• Ensure content feels connected to menswear culture.
