Job summary

Havenhall Pty Limited recruits a hands-on Social Media Coordinator to drive content across Meta, TikTok and YouTube while building brand awareness and community engagement. You will film, edit and publish short-form videos, support the marketing calendar, and help optimise blogs for SEO.

You will collaborate with our Marketing team to ensure campaigns are campaign-ready on the website and across digital channels, with opportunities to participate in events and photoshoots as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media-focused roles with a track record of engagement growth.
• Ability to plan and execute on-brand social content across platforms.
• Proficiency in mobile-first filming and editing with basic equipment.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for content production.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media calendar and scheduled content on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop engaging content to build brand awareness and community.
• Plan, film, edit and publish short-form video content, including Reels and Stories.
• collaborate with Marketing to ensure campaigns are site-ready and on-brand.
• Localise and execute plans aligned with the global marketing calendar.
• Handle community management and assist Customer Service AI learnings.
• Support broader marketing and web activities, including events and photoshoots.
• Create blogs to improve SEO rankings and publish regular reports on social performance.
