Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, social media, content creation or retail.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok and current sneaker/fashion culture.
• Comfort creating lo-fi, platform-native content, especially for TikTok.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Proactive communication and willingness to get involved.
• Experience with social scheduling platforms such as SKED is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and publish weekly organic social content across Instagram and TikTok.
• Create content that taps into sneaker culture, trends and new product releases.
• Collaborate with Buying and Planning to align social with launches, exclusives and campaigns.
• Monitor social performance, engagement and follower growth to identify opportunities.
• Assist with campaign shoots, content production, influencer partnerships and product seeding.
• Coordinate in-house studio shoots and update campaign content across retail digital screens.
• Manage marketing administration, including invoices, POs, samples and supplier coordination.
