Job summary

Hype DC, part of Accent Group, is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to drive organic social, content creation and campaign execution. You’ll plan weekly content, coordinate shoots and influencer activity to showcase sneakers and new releases across channels and stores.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align launches and campaigns, monitor performance, and contribute to content that resonates with sneaker culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' marketing, social media or content creation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends in sneaker culture.
• Ability to create lo-fi, platform-native content for social channels.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive communicator comfortable multitasking.
• Experience with sneaker or fashion retail is a bonus.

Hype DC is looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator to join the team, with a focus on organic social, content creation and campaign execution.

From weekly content planning to TikTok, photoshoots and influencer activity, you'll help bring the latest sneakers, releases and campaigns to life across Hype DC's channels and stores.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Plan, schedule and publish weekly organic social content across Instagram and TikTok.
• Create content that taps into sneaker culture, current trends and new product releases.
• Work with Buying and Planning to keep social content aligned with launches, exclusives and campaign priorities.
• Monitor social performance, engagement and follower growth to identify opportunities.
• Assist with campaign shoots, content production, influencer partnerships and product seeding.
• Coordinate in-house studio off-foot photoshoots alongside The Agency.
• Update campaign content and promotional offers across retail digital screens.
• Manage marketing administration, including invoices, purchase orders, samples and supplier coordination.

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years' experience in marketing, social media, content creation or retail, or a strong entry-level portfolio.
• A good understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including the content and trends shaping sneaker and fashion culture.
• Confidence creating lo-fi, platform-native content, particularly for TikTok.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach, good communication skills and a willingness to get involved.
• Experience with social scheduling platforms such as SKED is a bonus, as is sneaker or fashion retail experience.
