Job summary

Australian Catholic University (ACU) is seeking a specialist in Learning & Development and Performance - Workday Transformation to lead and design effective learning and performance processes across the university. The role supports a major Workday ERP transformation and requires strong HR operations and stakeholder engagement skills.

Based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, the position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a competitive salary and 17% superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development and performance management.
• Experience contributing to a Workday implementation or transformation.
• Strong business requirements analysis and process design capabilities.
• Experience with user acceptance testing, process mapping and implementation documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and prioritise.

Salary: $139,894 – $149,380 + 17% super

Charterhouse Recruitment is partnering exclusively with Australian Catholic University (ACU) to recruit a specialist in Learning & Development and Performance - Workday Transformation for its major Workday ERP Transformation Program.

This role offers the opportunity to apply your HR expertise to a significant transformation initiative, helping design and implement effective learning and performance processes across the university.

Candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane are encouraged to apply, with ACU offices in all three locations.
