Charterhouse Recruitment is partnering with Australian Catholic University (ACU) to recruit a specialist in Learning & Development and Performance for its major Workday ERP Transformation Program. The role focuses on applying HR expertise to design and implement learning and performance processes across ACU, with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

Candidates with experience in L&D, performance management and HR operations, and with Workday transformation exposure will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in learning and development, performance management, talent or HR operations.
• Experience contributing to a Workday implementation or transformation program.
• Strong business requirements analysis and process design capabilities.
• Experience with user acceptance testing, process mapping and implementation documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist expertise across learning and development and performance management.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical Workday solutions.
• Lead process design and support system configuration.
• Develop and validate testing materials, process maps and business requirements.
• Support data migration, user acceptance testing and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders nationally to ensure consistent processes.
• Identify process improvements and manage implementation risks.

Employment Type: 12 month fixed term contract
