Job summary

LSH Auto Brisbane is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Newstead team. Representing smart, a premium EV brand, you’ll guide customers from enquiry to handover, build relationships and exceed sales targets.

You’ll need 2+ years in automotive or customer-facing sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a drive to grow with the business. This role offers a base salary plus super, uncapped commissions, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in automotive sales or a comparable customer-facing sales role.
• Proactive approach to generating opportunities and following up leads.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.
• Current, valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and targets through a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle presentations, test drives and delivery.
• Develop strong product knowledge across the smart range.
• Build new customer relationships and strengthen existing connections.
• Follow up enquiries and identify opportunities to grow your sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
