Job summary

Sitecore is seeking a Solution/Technical Architect to join our APJ Customer Value Realisation team. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues across global markets to architect, develop, and optimize Sitecore solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.

The role requires deep Sitecore knowledge (SaaS/Platform), strong consultancy experience, and excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Sitecore technologies and products (SitecoreAI, XM/XP, Content Hub, CDP/Personalize).
• Experience in consultancy and client-facing roles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Strong focus on driving business outcomes for customers and Sitecore.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and partners to advise and implement Sitecore solutions aligning with business outcomes.
• Provide high-level strategy, consultancy, troubleshooting, and hands-on tasks in Sitecore technologies.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers and own technical interactions with Sitecore.
• Engage with IT and marketing stakeholders across mid-market to enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to maximize customer value.
• Mentor team members on technical and business challenges.
