Job summary

Sitecore is seeking a techno‑functional consultant to operate at the intersection of product depth and business outcomes. You will manage the post‑sale adoption relationship for Sitecore360 within your portfolio, partnering with the Account Executive and guiding customers from onboarding through adoption and renewal readiness.

You will work inside the CVR team with Solution Engineers, Technical Consultants, and partners to deliver value and ensure successful outcomes for clients leveraging

Qualifications

• Experience with complex CMS/DXP architectures and headless patterns.
• Ability to map business needs to technical outcomes.
• Strong communication with senior technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales product success relationship for Sitecore360 customers across onboarding, adoption and strategic advisory on use of Sitecore products.
• Run structured discovery to review implementation and identify blockers to adoption.
• Deliver mid-level technical and advisory work and scope deeper delivery for consultants.
• Build and maintain a 90-day success plan per customer with testable success criteria.
• Coordinate delivery activities across internal resources and technical consultants.
• Enable authors and operators to adopt SitecoreAI agentic workflows in business context.
• Align partner- and IT-led implementations to a success plan and escalate misalignment early.
