Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking a TAI Architect to lead the design of a complex, bespoke solution within a major digital modernisation program. The role requires a hands-on architect who can translate business challenges into practical application, integration and AI-enabled solutions.

You will lead solution architecture across discovery, design and delivery, and document bespoke applications and integration solutions, while developing architecture specifications, options and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a dedicated Solution Architect with hands-on delivery.
• Proven ability to design and document bespoke applications and integration solutions.
• Strong experience modernising legacy systems where standard COTS products are not suitable.
• Practical knowledge of incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise solutions.
• Experience designing isolated AI environments in Azure or AWS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture across discovery, design and delivery.
• Design and document bespoke application and integration solutions.
• Develop architecture specifications, solution options and technical roadmaps.
• Support the modernisation of complex legacy systems and undocumented business rules.
• Assess how AI can improve discovery, staff efficiency and decision support.
