Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment client, a well established custom homebuilder in Sydney's western regions, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.

You will manage 8–10 homes concurrently, coordinate trades, keep projects on programme and budget, and ensure quality on site from Penrith to Oran Park.

The role requires 3–5 years in residential supervision, Cert III/Cert IV in Building and Construction, and a builders licence is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience supervising residential builds.
• Strong knowledge of the residential construction process.
• Able to manage multiple homes and coordinate trades.

• Manage around 8-10 homes at a time.
• Projects run from Penrith through to Oran Park.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and contractors on site.
• Keep projects moving to programme and budget.
• Carry out site inspections and maintain quality standards.

They’re a medium-sized business with an experienced team across each department and a strong focus on maintaining a good work life balance.

Ideally, they’re looking for someone with around 3–5 years’ experience supervising residential builds who is comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of their custom projects.

About You

• Around 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
• Cert III + Cert IV in Building and Construction
• A Builder’s Licence would be a bonus
• Strong knowledge of the residential construction process
• Comfortable managing multiple homes at once
• Good communication skills and able to deal with trades and clients
• Ideally living locally or within a reasonable distance of the project areas
