Job summary

CGC Recruitment is assisting a fast-growing residential builder in Toowoomba to find an experienced Site Supervisor for investment homes.

You will oversee sites from start to finish, coordinate trades, manage schedules and maintain strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential homes in Queensland (QLD).
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence required.
• Experience managing multiple builds in a volume environment is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of residential construction, quality and site safety.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to build strong trade relationships.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple investment homes from commencement through to handover.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors and manage construction schedules.
• Oversee quality, safety and compliance on-site.
• Ensure timely delivery of homes with attention to detail.
• Operate with minimal client interaction to focus on site performance.

We are working with a fast-growing residential builder who is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in the Toowoomba area, overseeing a selection of investment homes.

The Role:

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing multiple investment homes from commencement through to completion and handover.

You'll coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage construction schedules, oversee quality and safety, and ensure homes are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

With no direct client interaction, you'll have the opportunity to focus on running your sites, building strong trade relationships and delivering quality homes.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience supervising residential homes in QLD


• Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence


• Experience managing multiple builds in a volume environment highly regarded


• Strong understanding of residential construction, quality and site safety


• Excellent organisational skills and ability to build strong trade relationships
