Job summary

Power Recruitment and Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to juggle around five live custom residential projects in Brisbane, keeping each at a different stage with its own personality. You will ensure subbies are briefed, deliveries sequenced, and defects closed out quickly while maintaining high quality on heritage details and architectural finishes.

You will keep homeowners confident as their dream homes come together, working in a boutique team with minimal red tape and direct

Qualifications

• Site supervision or site management experience on custom residential, high end renovations or architectural builds
• A natural multi tasker. Five sites does not scare you, it is the reason you would take the job
• Seriously organised. Trades booked, programs current, paperwork done, nothing slipping between sites
• Great with subbies AND homeowners. These are people's dream homes, so you keep clients confident and trades accountable, with a smile
• Quality obsessed. Custom detail rewards the fussy, so be the fussy one
