Job summary

Lightning HR PTY LTD on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor for commercial joinery and construction. You will oversee daily site operations, manage installers and subcontractors, and ensure projects run on schedule and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction, joinery or site supervision.
• Cabinet making or trade background highly regarded.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Someone organised, proactive and great with people.
• White Card and driver's licence essential.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
