Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd in Bunbury, WA, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead civil works across road construction packages in the Greater South West Region. Based out of Bunbury, you’ll guide site teams, drive safety, quality, and cost outcomes, and coordinate between subcontractors and crews to maintain schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, at least five years in civil supervision, MRWA/White Card credentials, and flexibility for overtime and travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a civil supervision role or similar.
• Experience in bulk and detailed earthworks.
• MRWA experience desirable.
• White Construction Card is required.
• Valid driver’s licence and flexibility for overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pre-start meetings and ensure site requirements are communicated.
• Coordinate materials, plant, labour and subcontractors to deliver works safely and efficiently.
• Monitor project programmes, identify delays and implement practical solutions.
• Support SWMS, safety audits and environmental risk assessments.
• Assist the Project Team with productivity, site issues and cost monitoring.
• Operate plant and provide on-the-ground support to crews when required.
