Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd in Swan Hill is seeking a Road Worker to support on-ground road construction, maintenance and resurfacing across the Loddon Mallee region. This role focuses on safe, efficient work in busy traffic environments.

You will perform vegetation control, pothole repairs and sign maintenance, operate equipment, and take part in pre-starts and risk assessments. A strong safety mindset and flexibility are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Construction Induction Card (White card) required.
• Medium rigid truck licence required.
• Basic Worksite Traffic Management Ticket desirable.
• Willing to be flexible for a multitude of tasks and overtime.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Undertake vegetation control, graffiti removal, pothole repairs and sign maintenance.
• Operate mobile plant and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Carry out road construction and maintenance works near live traffic in a safe manner.
• Participate in toolbox meetings and daily pre-starts.
• Complete risk assessments and project-specific data capture/documentation.
