Job summary

Fulton Hogan seeks an experienced Site Supervisor - Civil to join our Bunbury team. Based in Bunbury, you will lead on-site crews, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of road and civil works across the Greater South West region.

You will drive pre-start meetings, monitor project programmes and support safety audits, SWMS and environmental risk assessments while maintaining quality overheads and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a civil supervision role or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in bulk and detailed earthworks.
• MRWA experience desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams and subcontractors.
• Valid driver's licence; willingness to overtime, weekends and travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pre-start meetings and ensure site requirements are communicated.
• Coordinate materials, plant, labour and subcontractors for safe, efficient delivery.
• Monitor programmes, identify delays and implement practical solutions.
• Support SWMS, safety audits and environmental risk assessments.
• Assist Project Team with productivity, cost monitoring and day-to-day operations.
• Operate plant and provide on-site support to crews.

What's on offer?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team delivering Road Construction Packages across projects in the Greater South West Region. Based out of Bunbury, this role is well suited to a hands-on leader who can support and motivate site teams while keeping a strong focus on safety, quality, cost and programme outcomes. Working across a range of civil construction activities, you will help drive efficient delivery on site and play a key role in planning, coordination and execution of the works.

What you'll do?

• Lead daily pre-start meetings and ensure all site requirements are clearly communicated and understood
• Coordinate materials, plant, labour and subcontractors to support safe and efficient delivery of works
• Monitor project programmes, identify delays and contribute to practical solutions to keep works on track
• Support the development and implementation of SWMS, safety audits and environmental risk assessments
• Assist the Project Team with productivity, site issues, project cost monitoring and day-to-day operational performance
• Operate plant and provide on-the-ground support to crews when required

How you'll connect to the role?

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a civil supervision role or similar
• Demonstrated experience in bulk and detailed earthworks
• MRWA experience desirable
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to positively influence and lead teams and subcontractors
• Experience working under live traffic conditions
• Confidence in leading pre-start meetings and coordinating daily site activities
• Valid driver's licence and the flexibility to work overtime, weekends and away from home as required
