Job summary

Fulton Hogan Utilities in South Australia is seeking a Project Administrator to support the SA Water delivery team on a major water infrastructure project in Metropolitan Adelaide and regional SA. The role requires 2+ years in a similar construction admin position and a strong eye for detail.

You'll raise purchase orders, maintain supplier records, allocate costs, assist with subcontract agreements and progress claims, and help with accounts payable while delivering accurate, timely admin

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a project administration or construction admin role.
  • Strong data entry and admin skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Raise purchase orders for materials and sundry items.
  • Record and maintain subcontractor and supplier information (insurance, etc.).
  • Allocate and reconcile personnel and plant utilisation and costs to projects.
  • Assist in preparation of subcontract agreements and monthly progress claims.
  • Prepare monthly contract progress claims and handle basic accounts payable.

This role is vital to the delivery key water infrastructure project across Metropolitan Adelaide and Regional parts of South Australia.
