Overview

Site Managers are sought across both the Commercial New build and fit-out space and the residential medium-density sector for projects managed by Prime Recruitment & Consulting with leading builders. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and quality standards
• Report on project progress and resolve site-related challenges

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within either commercial or residential construction
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and drive successful outcomes
• Trade or tertiary qualifications in building & construction (highly regarded)
