Design & Build Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Site Managers / Site Supervisors for upcoming contract opportunities across the commercial fit-out and refurbishment space in Brisbane. You will run mobilisation through to completion, coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers, and maintain high standards of safety, quality and programme.

The role requires proven site leadership, strong WHS and QA knowledge, ability to read drawings, and effective communication with Project

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor within commercial fit-out/refurbishment.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the site.
• Strong understanding of WHS, QA and project documentation.
• Trade background is highly regarded.
• Relevant tickets and licences advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and maintain strong WHS standards.

• Maintain high standards of site presentation and housekeeping.
• Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
• Drive projects through to practical completion and handover.
