Job summary

Pathway Recruitment is seeking a QBCC-licensed supervisor to lead multiple residential construction sites in Queensland. You will coordinate trades, ensure quality standards, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain WHS compliance for each project.

The role requires 3+ years of site supervision experience in residential homes, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders throughout the build process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in residential site supervision preferred.
• Strong experience delivering volume or custom residential homes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple builds and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple residential construction sites.
• Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all builds meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain WHS compliance.
• Liaise with clients and provide updates throughout the build.
• Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the build process.
