Job summary

Civmec Construction & Engineering Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Project Administrator for the Iluka Rare Earths Refinery site in Eneabba, Western Australia. The role supports the project team with documentation control, payroll timing, and workforce mobilisation, reporting to project managers, engineers and site personnel.

The role involves maintaining registers, data integrity, and compliance while navigating a busy site environment on a 2:1 DIDO roster with transport provided to site from Perth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within construction or heavy industry projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly time sheets and submit to payroll.
• Maintain records for personnel, training & compliance.
• Mobilise and demobilise all personnel arriving to and leaving from site.
• Maintain and manage registers.
• Ensure maintenance and upgrade of project data and statistics.
• Ensure maintenance of inspection and testing documentation.
• Assist in the compilation of MDRs.
• Perform other general duties as necessary to suit operational requirements.
