Job summary

Barminco is seeking an experienced Trainer Site Operations to join Sunrise Dam on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. Reporting to the HSE&T Superintendent, you will support site leadership with training delivery, workforce development and competency assessment to foster a safe, skilled workforce.

You will coordinate inductions, on-the-job assessments, and training records, promoting Barminco's safety culture and continuous improvement across underground operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Underground Mining (underground operations).
• Experience delivering training programs, coaching, mentoring and assessing competency.

Responsibilities

• Support site leadership in implementing Safety and Training Management Systems.
• Conduct and facilitate training for operational personnel through coaching and mentoring.
• Maintain training records, competency matrices and reporting.
