Job summary

Barminco is seeking an Inductions Trainer for a 12-month fixed-term role based in Perth. The position involves premobilisation training for new underground workers, simulator sessions, and ensuring training materials stay up-to-date and compliant.

Expect to work Monday to Friday with some weekend shifts and on-site duties at Hazelmere. The ideal candidate has underground mining induction experience, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to mentor learners across diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground mining induction training.
• Ability to tailor training for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate premobilisation training for new starters.
• Deliver simulator training and provide feedback on mobile equipment.
• Maintain and update training materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide safety and operational briefings to build situational awareness.
• Deliver training at Hazelmere and onsite, with occasional weekend work.
