Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Horsley Park, NSW, seeks a Site Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our Life Sciences and Healthcare site. You will manage the operations team, oversee warehouse activities, monitor performance against SLAs, and drive continuous improvement to deliver reliable service for our customers.

The role requires proven experience in 3PL operations, strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within the 3PL logistics or supply chain industry.
• Leadership and team management skills including the ability to engage, motivate and develop your team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional outlook.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office.
• Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field will be highly regarded.
