Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL warehouse setting with warehousing principles.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage large operational teams.
• Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Familiarity with WMS systems, ideally Manhattan.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills for operational excellence.

• Supporting, managing, and developing a large operational team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
• Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable)
• Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience
• Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan
• Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals
• High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence
