Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead operations for a major household name customer in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will manage a large operational team, allocate resources, develop coordinators, and build strong customer relationships while meeting tight deadlines. The role requires experience in 3PL warehousing, exposure to automated warehouses, and knowledge of a WMS (Manhattan preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles.
• Proven leadership and performance management experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of a WMS system (Manhattan preferred).

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
• Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable)
• Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience
• Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan
• Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals
• High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence
