Job summary

Bingo Industries is seeking a Site Manager in Queensland to oversee recycling and logistics operations. You will lead safety programs, manage daily site activities, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring customer service standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory awareness, and the ability to coordinate resources in a fast-paced environment. A trade qualification and plant equipment knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Track record of uncompromising safety and environmental management.
• Experience as site or division operational leader.
• Experience in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
• Trade qualification or industry licence; excavator & front end loader tickets preferred.
• Working knowledge of fixed/mobile plant or mechanical knowledge.
• Comfort with computer-based data and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety and environmental practices.
• Oversee all site operations and manage change.
• Meet key operational KPIs through planning and execution.
• Ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right times.
• Deliver optimum asset and equipment usage.
• Collaborate to deliver exemplary customer service.
• Review data and use it to make informed decisions.
