Job summary

Bingo Industries is seeking a Machine Operator for our Burleigh site to play a key role in sorting and recovering valuable materials as part of our waste recycling operations. You will operate excavators and front-end loaders and support daily site activities to help divert waste from landfill.

The role requires 1–3 years’ relevant experience, a strong safety mindset, and a current driver’s licence with reliable transport.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience operating excavators and/or front-end loaders.
• Ability to work day shifts, with some variation as required.
• Experience in waste, civil, construction, mining, or quarry industries (highly regarded).
• Strong commitment to safety, including the ability to follow signage and communicate via 2-way radio.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and front-end loaders to sort and recover valuable materials.
• Support recycling operations to divert waste from landfill.
• Follow safety rules and site signage and communicate effectively via radio.
• Contribute to a culture of safety-first and quality workmanship.
