Job summary

Bingo Industries is seeking a Machine Operator for our Burleigh site to play a key role in sorting and recovering valuable materials as part of our waste recycling operations. You will operate excavators and front-end loaders and support daily site activities to help divert waste from landfill.

The role requires 1–3 years’ relevant experience, a strong safety mindset, and a current driver’s licence with reliable transport.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience operating excavators and/or front-end loaders.
• Ability to work day shifts, with some variation as required.
• Experience in waste, civil, construction, mining, or quarry industries (highly regarded).
• Strong commitment to safety, including the ability to follow signage and communicate via 2-way radio.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

Our Machine Operators play a key role in helping us divert waste from landfill.

In this role, you’ll operate excavators and front-end loaders to sort and recover valuable materials, supporting the recycling of materials.

What You Bring:

1–3 years’ experience operating excavators and/or front-end loaders

Ability to work day shifts, with some variation as required

Experience in waste, civil, construction, mining, or quarry industries (highly regarded)

Strong commitment to safety, including the ability to follow signage and communicate clearly via 2-way radio

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (limited public transport in the area)
