Job summary

Bingo Industries is seeking a Site Manager in Queensland to oversee recycling and logistics operations. You will lead safety programs, manage daily site activities, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring customer service standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory awareness, and the ability to coordinate resources in a fast-paced environment. A trade qualification and plant equipment knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Track record of uncompromising safety and environmental management.
• Experience as site or division operational leader.
• Experience in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
• Trade qualification or industry licence; excavator & front end loader tickets preferred.
• Working knowledge of fixed/mobile plant or mechanical knowledge.
• Comfort with computer-based data and MS Office.

We currently have a leadership opportunity in QLD. TheSite Manager role is pivotal to our recycling and logistics operations. Managing sites, you’ll use your skill and experience to oversee daily operations and deliver innovation.

The role involves:

Leading site safety and environmental practices to ensure work is performed in a sustainable way

Oversee all site operations, managing change and challenges as they occur

Meet key operational KPIs through great planning and task execution

Ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right times

Deliver optimum asset and equipment usage outcomes

Work with colleagues to deliver exemplary customer service

Review and update data and then use that information to make decisions

Strong people leadership

What makes you a GOgetter:

A track record of an uncompromising approach to safety and environmental management

Prior experience as a site or division operational leader

Experience in a fast-paced and highly regulated operational environment

A trade qualification or industry-relevant licence. Ideally you’ll have current machine tickets for an excavator & front end loader.

Working knowledge of fixed and mobile plant and machinery or sound mechanical knowledge.

Being comfortable working on a computer with a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications

Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement.
