Job summary

CCS Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the Mechanical Installations team on commercial HVAC projects in Canberra.

You will own day-to-day site delivery, manage subcontractors and trades, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with commercial HVAC systems in medium to large-scale buildings.
• White Card.
• Asbestos Awareness & Working with ACMs.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• Experience with Procore is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on site management across commercial HVAC installations from contract award through DLP close-out.
• Oversee day-to-day site delivery and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to standard.
• Manage subcontractors and trades; coordinate activities and site programming.
• Maintain WHS, environmental and quality compliance.
• Monitor financial performance on-site.

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Mechanical Installations team. This role suits someone who takes ownership of site delivery, holds high standards, and is confident managing trades and subcontractors across commercial HVAC projects.

The Role

This is a hands-on site management role across commercial HVAC installations — from contract award through to DLP close-out. You'll be responsible for day-to-day site delivery, managing subcontractors and trades, and making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to standard.

You'll take ownership of:

WHS, environmental, and quality compliance

Site programming and deadline management

Coordination of subcontractors and trades

Financial performance on-site

What We're Looking For

A Site Manager who's organised, reliable, and confident running a site with a diverse crew.

You'll need:

Minimum 2 years' experience with commercial HVAC systems in medium to large-scale buildings
