Job summary

Integrity Talent Partners Pty Ltd – Canberra ACT is seeking a Site Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day site operations on commercial new build projects valued at $30m+. You will drive program, safety and quality on site from early works through to handover.

Join a team delivering high-value projects with strong leadership requirements, Procore/Jobpac experience, and a commitment to safety and quality. WA, ACT licences and local tickets are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum commercial new build project delivery experience of $30m+
• Trade or tertiary background in construction, building, or engineering
• Strong program management skills and leadership
• Experience with Procore, Jobpac or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the site from early works through to practical completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to program
• Drive WHS compliance, inductions, SWMS review, and a strong on-site safety culture
• Lead quality management, ITP sign-offs, and defect minimisation ahead of handover
• Work with Project Manager and Contract Administrator on procurement, program, and forecasting
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, consultants, and certifiers

Integrity Talent Partners are partnering with well-established Head Contractors delivering commercial new build projects across Canberra.

What we do need is proven delivery at scale. As a minimum, you'll have run commercial new build projects valued at $30m or more. Project values across the pipeline vary, and we'll match you to the build that best suits your experience. For the right person, there is scope to step up to larger and more complex work.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, driving program, safety, and quality outcomes on the ground.

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site from early works through to practical completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to program
• Drive WHS compliance, inductions, SWMS review, and a strong on-site safety culture
• Lead quality management, ITP sign-offs, and defect minimisation ahead of handover
• Work alongside the Project Manager and Contract Administrator on procurement, program, and forecasting
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, consultants, and certifiers

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial new build projects valued at $30m+. This is the minimum benchmark, and candidates who have delivered larger projects are strongly encouraged to apply
• Trade or tertiary background in construction, building, or engineering
• Strong program management skills, with the ability to plan and sequence works effectively
• A genuine commitment to quality, safety, and delivering for clients
• Strong leadership and communication skills across trades, consultants, and clients
• Experience with Procore, Jobpac, or similar construction platforms
• Current White Card and relevant ACT/NSW tickets
• Australian citizenship or the right to work in Australia
