Job summary

ACLE Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager for the Yanco BESS project in regional New South Wales. Based at our Yanco site, you will lead day-to-day construction activities, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery for a utility-scale battery energy storage project.

You will manage site teams, subcontractors and interfaces, plan labour and equipment, monitor progress, and drive proactive risk mitigation to meet milestones and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

Onsite construction leadership experience.
Trade qualification or engineering degree in Civil/Electrical disciplines.
Experience in renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure or major construction.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day construction activities safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and interfaces.
Plan labour, plant, equipment and materials to maximise productivity and milestones.
Coordinate rosters and mobilisation activities for project delivery.
Review timesheets, overtime, and workforce records for accuracy.
Monitor subcontractor performance and contract compliance.
Participate in site progress meetings and reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks affecting delivery.
