Overview

Zenviron is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in the Newcastle region. Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient implementation of project resources and structure
• Lead the balance of plant elements of large-scale BESS projects, managing program, budget, and resources
• Champion safety and environmental performance across the project
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors
• Foster effective communication with client field representatives
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget project delivery

What you will bring

• Proven experience managing full lifecycle construction programs
• Site-based experience as a Site or Construction Manager in renewables or construction
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Civil and/or electrical knowledge (highly regarded)
• Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
• A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
