Job summary

SCEE Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Newcastle project on a large-scale BESS site. You will ensure electrical works align with drawings, standards, and the project schedule, while leading a team on site.

Applicants should have at least 5 years' supervisory experience in heavy construction, NSW electrical licence, White Card, strong leadership, communication, risk management, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience as Electrical Supervisor in heavy construction.
• Hold a NSW electrical licence and White Card.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical works meet drawings, scope, standards and project schedule.
• Plan activities to standards and minimise inefficiencies.
• Direct and coordinate the electrical workforce for the contract.
• Engage in risk management, quality assurance and control.
• Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions.
