Job summary

Sylvanvale is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to lead two 24/7 SIL homes in the Blacktown area, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will guide a passionate Disability Support Worker team to deliver best-practice care and support residents with complex needs to achieve their goals.

Applicants should have management experience in disability services, knowledge of restrictive practices, and the ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and services for residents in complex SIL homes.
• Manage home resources, including shared spaces, assets, and vehicles.
• Interpret and implement complex support plans.
• Oversee restrictive practices, risk management, and incident reporting.
• Champion choice and control for residents in their own homes.
• Keep documentation current and ensure plans are in place.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide on-call support (approx. 2-3 times per year).

About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated and agile Site Manager to lead two, 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in the Blacktown area. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, guiding and mentoring a passionate team of Disability Support Workers to deliver best-practice care.
