Job summary

Marble Group is seeking 2 experienced Site Managers for Brisbane due to growth on diverse commercial projects. The role requires 5–10+ years in site management, leadership, and the ability to mentor others, with a track record across $10m–$50m+ builds.

Ideal candidates will have local relationships with consultants/subcontractors and a strong team-player ethic, plus a genuine care for team culture and development opportunities. Brisbane base with strong pipelines.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication & relationship-building with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations for new build commercial projects between $10m-$50m+.
• Mentor and manage site staff to ensure delivery within time and budget.
• Build rapport with clients, consultants and subcontractors to secure successful outcomes.

I've partnered exclusively with a head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market, spanning over 25 years of proven success delivering projects up to $40m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has had a successful start to 2026 and is gearing up for a busy year, with work secured until 2029.

They operate across a range of delivery methods, with D&C being a big focus. They're looking for someone with proven experience in the commercial construction industry, having worked across project sectors such as industrial, government, education, health, and more.

My client is looking for 2 x experienced Site Managers to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth.

Diverse commercial project experience is a must for this opportunity!

• 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own new build commercial projects between $10m - $50m+
